Returns and Exchanges
We stand by our products! So of course we accept returns. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You will receive a full refund minus shipping charges. You can read more about our return policy and conditions HERE.
Damages
Damages are rare, but things beyond our control can happen during transit. Don't worry though, we'll make it right! Please contact us immediately HERE, or call us at (844) 4MELBEES. When an item or shipment arrives damaged, we require that a photo of the damaged items be sent to us. We will contact you with the various ways to provide us with an image.
Additional Shipping Charges
We do our best to verify addresses when shipping. We ship packages ourselves so this is not difficult for us and we truly do our best to make sure that no additional charges are incurred! That said, you are responsible for any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier for address corrections. These fees are charged when packages are missing suite numbers, addresses contain typos including zipcode errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is missing or inaccurately supplied by the customer within the "ship to" area of the order form.
Processing Time
Orders placed online ship within 48 hours, but usually within 24. Our products are made to order, and we think this provides our customers with the freshest quality and experience possible! Remember you can always ask to alter or remove specific ingredients in your products! Please note that telephone ordrs may take longer to process. If you want faster shipping, please consider another option other than our free shipping, as we use the lowest cost / slowest method possible. We post any expected delays on our site. If we're experiencing heavy demand or unforeseen circumstances (such as a lack of ingredients) processing may take longer than usual. We will always contact you in such circumstances.

It is presumed by the purchaser that no warranty or guarantee of the use of these products is being made of any results, other than the natural results implied by Melbees. All Melbees products are intended for the sole purpose of retaining or maintaining skin beautification. Melbees does not claim any responsibility to any adverse reactions on any of our products. All statements are to be construed as suggestions. Any concerns about using Melbees products should be addressed by ones medical physician. Our products are made with natural ingredients, if you have concerns about any of our ingredients, either do not use or purchase our products. You may also contact us for the removal of a specific ingredient while making your products (we're happy to do so). For example if you are allergic to coconut oil you can request that your product be made without that ingredient.
